WD 70 - WD 125
The shredding machines THANIT WD 70 and WD 125 are the result of a multiple- years
experience of our technicians in the design and maintenance of shredders, they are safe
and easy to maintain.
These shredders are equipped with two shafts with power transfer
electric groups independent of each other, with revolutions of up to 5-15 rev/min. The
machines are equipped with electric or hydraulic power transfer groups.
The structure of
the cutting chamber is designed for easier and faster maintenance of the wear-pliant
elements (blades, spacers and counter-blades).
The under frame and the hopper are
personalized in compliance with the various ways of loading and unloading of the material
to be processed.
The machines have multiple configurations of blades for processing of
various kinds of material such as bulky materials, plastic, used tires, paper,
pharmaceutical-medical waste, refrigerators, W.E.E.E., dangerous waste, industrial
waste,RDF,urban solid waste, oil filters, drums, aluminum, light metal scraps, scrap from
paper mills and many others.
The machine is so designed to allow the material cutting
by reducing its volume for further recycling processes/valorisation. The control panel is
equipped with PLC ensuring control of the machine and:
(a) the integration with other machines;
(b) the control of the emergency circuit, and
(c) of the mechanical parts by means of absorbed power control (auto-reversing)
- Blades made of high-alloy steel and heat-treated;
- possibility for cutting edges with simple disassembly;
- bearings, installed away from the working chamber, protected by a system of labyrints in order to avoid to occur any damages to the machine;
- blade mounting system of high resistance that allow precise micro regulation;
- possibility of the variable speed motors for high volume production of tenacious, hydraulic and electrical materials.
- the installation of various accessories (optional) such as hydraulic pusher, automatic greasing system, hoppers for special loads, strip loading and extraction, vibro conveyors, iron removers, and many others.
