The WQ 1300 / WQ 1800 shredders of the Titano series are the result of years of experience gained by our technicians in planning the maintenance of shredders and in designing these machines so that they are always reliable and straightforward to maintain.

The cutting geometry produces the highest grading of different types of materials possible. The TITANO shredder is equipped with four shafts with independent electrically powered transmission groups so that the revolutions are reduced to 6-12 revs/min.

The machine is available with either electrically or hydraulically powered transmission groups. The structure of the cutting chamber has been designed for straightforward and quick maintenance of the components subject to wear (blades, spacers, and counter blade). The engine block and feed hopper can be customised for different loading and unloading solutions depending on the particular material.

The blades can be configured in a multiplicity of ways in order to work with different materials, which includes plastic, wood, paper, tyres, aluminium, and many others.

The shredder has been designed with a smaller volume and rough shapes the material for successive recycling/value adding processes. This machine is distinguished by its ability to produce material according to the size required, which can even be less than 30 mm thanks to the grill.

The control panel is equipped with PLC so that in addition to the machine it can manage the following:

(a) integration with other machinery,

(b) the emergency circuit and

(c) the safeguard system for the mechanical parts based on controlling the energy absorbed (automatic inversion).
